Job summary

The Zephyr Mountain Lodge in Winter Park, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality for guests and homeowners. You will perform routine upkeep on mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks across indoor and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities include inspecting the property, maintaining fire alarm systems, and handling snow removal when required.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance or similar roles is helpful.
• Ability to learn software for programming owner keys and gate systems.
• General maintenance skills across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect interior and exterior of the property.
• Maintain mechanical systems including HVAC and life safety fire alarms.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas such as hot tubs and parking areas.
• Replace light bulbs and ballasts; perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Learn software for key card programming and gate system operation.
• Assist with snow removal and after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and share knowledge.

You will perform various maintenance duties to create a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for guests, owners, and employees.ResponsibilitiesRegularly inspect the interior and exterior of the property and report deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor or Building Engineer.Perform routine maintenance of mechanical systems, HVAC, and life safety fire alarm systems.Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, repairs, and drywall.Ensure cleanliness of common areas such as hot tubs, maintenance office, tool storage areas, parking garage, etc.Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and perform general maintenance duties.The ability to learn computer software programs for programming key cards for owner doors, ski lockers, and operation of an entry/exit parking gate system.Perform trash removal, including moving dumpsters as needed for pickups.
