Onsite Maintenance Technician II- Trainee - 2nd shift

Join our team as an Onsite Maintenance Technician II- Trainee - 2nd shift at Pitney Bowes.

Job Details

Position: Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee

Location: Brown Deer, WI

Shift: Saturday – Friday, 4pm – 12am (midnight)

Pay: Base rate $24.00/hr + $2.00/hr for 2nd shift

Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical and electronic repairs on equipment, including printers and mail sorting machines.
  • Complete preventative maintenance following Mail Preparation Total Quality Management standards.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
  • Manage inventory, work orders, and spare parts.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows PC environment related to automated equipment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for 80% of the time.
