Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience.

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operation and training of the plant's Total Maintenance System (TMS).
• Possess a general level of technical understanding related to maintenance.
• Influence key performance indicators and maintain equipment.
• Direct supervision of the Skilled Trades.
• Drive waste reduction efforts through various maintenance processes.
• Participate in kaizen project activities for Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvements.
