Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler in Bloomington, IN, onsite, Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage CMMS records, and align maintenance work with production needs to minimize downtime.

This role requires strong organizational skills, CMMS experience (Maximo/SAP), and the ability to collaborate with operations and engineering to optimize maintenance plans and spare parts management.

Formación

• Three years of relevant experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience using a CMMS to manage work orders and PM schedules.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices.
• Experience coordinating maintenance with production schedules and equipment availability.
• Ability to identify labor, tools, parts, and materials for maintenance work.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business applications.
• Understanding of safety practices, lockout/tagout, and quality hold procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the CMMS: Create, review, prioritize, schedule, and close work orders with proper documentation.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance plans based on equipment condition and priorities.
• Coordinate equipment availability with Operations and Production Planning for maintenance windows.
• Assign and schedule work orders to technicians based on qualifications and workload.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities, monitor progress, and resolve scheduling constraints.
• Oversee preventive maintenance work orders and ensure PM tasks are completed by due dates.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and manufacturers to improve PM tasks and frequencies.
• Track spare parts and materials, manage procurement requests, and monitor delivery.
• Maintain asset hierarchy in the CMMS and update records when equipment changes.
• Control quality hold tags and ensure proper release after approval.
• Verify completed work orders for accurate labor, parts, and actions.
• Monitor performance metrics like schedule compliance and backlog.
• Support safe work execution by incorporating safety procedures and permits.
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
