Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must possess a valid CA Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• DOT-Emergency Response Only
• Monitors budget using current systems.
• Requisitions, receives, delivers, disperses, ships, and salvages materials.
• Coordinates material delivery to include expediting from the supplier, logistics management, delivery requirement validation with the requesting organization, and communication with LOB.
• Transports supplies, materials or equipment in a pickup or passenger car.
• Performs yard maintenance.
• Cleans vehicles.
• Maintains fire extinguishers.
• Performs weed abatement.
• Inventories first aid and eye wash kits.
• Works in PG&E computer applications including SAP Work Management, ILIS, GIS, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Coordinates contracts, permits and vendor contacts.
• Operates tools
• Answers phones.
• Performs administrative tasks.
• Orders stationery and office supplies.
• Performs payroll entry of Employee Data.
• Keeps records.
• Prepares reports
• Processes bills using current systems.
• Works in the field as an assistant as needed.
