Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/structural plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations from ground-up through final punch-list.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain detailed and consistent communication with Project Managers and Design Professionals.
• Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and ensure the build stays true to the design vision.
• Conduct daily quality control walks and enforce jobsite safety protocols.
• Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for client or architect walkthroughs at any time.
