Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant logistics experience or a Master’s degree with applicable qualifications.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, procurement, and partner coordination.
• Ability to analyze non-routine logistics tasks and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Independent, self-managed, and target-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate master data, schedules, stock and order status, and contract information from suppliers, procurement, and logistics service providers.
• Analyze operational logistics status and inform stakeholders of developments.
• Identify changing logistics situations and implement appropriate alternative measures.
• Prepare deficiency and status reports regarding material availability for Project Logistics Management (PLM).
• Document and process complaints and transportation damages in cooperation with PLM, Purchasing, Insurance, Controlling, Quality, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Propose and implement remedial measures with transportation service providers.
• Coordinate return of logistics infrastructure and on-site equipment used in support of project logistics.
• Coordinate and steer related logistics operations with service providers.
• Support PLM in developing, calculating, and implementing logistics contingency measures.
• Support PLM in completing project evaluations and advancing project-specific customer supply processes.
• Support PLM with tender preparation and supplier evaluation, as required.
• Contribute to process improvements, business methods, and technical components within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Provide functional support and guidance to operational staff or semi-professional colleagues when required.
