You will train staff, optimize routing, and analyze carrier performance while maintaining accurate records and customer communications.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to deliver newspapers while driving.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full-time and part-time staff and independent contractors to ensure timely and dry delivery.
• Manage and schedule Distribution Center staff activities and expenses.
• Train and develop Distribution Center staff.
• Oversee route structure, carrier profitability, deadlines, and retention.
• Maintain subscriber data, route lists and reports with accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with contractor agreements and regulatory standards.
