Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. program in Industrial Engineering.
• Candidates pursuing related programs with an Operations emphasis may be considered.
• Must remain enrolled in an accredited degree program during the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Improvement by supporting process improvement initiatives across operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support workflow analysis, capacity planning, standard work, and facility optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Apply engineering principles to problem‑solving and practical operational solutions.
• Support project planning, execution, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
• Create and maintain reports, work instructions, and process improvement records.
