Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Students pursuing a related program with an emphasis in Operations may also be considered.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program during the duration of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Improvement by supporting process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity throughout operations.
• Analyze Operational Performance by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support Manufacturing Excellence by assisting with workflow analysis, capacity planning, standard work development, and facility optimization projects.
• Collaborate Across Functions by partnering with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to achieve business objectives.
• Apply Engineering Principles by participating in problem‑solving activities and implementing practical solutions to operational challenges.
• Contribute to Project Success by supporting project planning, execution, documentation, and presentation of recommendations to stakeholders.
• Enhance Process Documentation by creating and maintaining reports, work instructions, and process improvement records.
