Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or actively pursuing in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, purchasing and implementing manufacturing processes.
• Determine processes needed to meet product specifications and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify and solve product/performance issues.
• Propose methods to improve efficiency and production flow.
• Work to improve equipment availability using continuous improvement tools.
• Define standard working methods for manufacturing activities.
