Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of all customer orders within assigned area.
• Direct and schedule drivers' work to ensure on-time movement of goods.
• Identify and resolve daily service and scheduling issues.
• Monitor drivers' hours of service to prevent DOT violations.
• Communicate regularly with customer on issues impacting service.
• Prepare and process data and paperwork, maintaining driver activities.
• Monitor and promote safety in all areas of dispatch.
