Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, receiving, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and freight coordination.
• Experience with ASNs and customer shipping requirements.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and ERP/WMS systems.
• SAP or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and production requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and transportation providers.
• Prepare, process, and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Process ASNs and other customer shipping requirements.
• Monitor shipments and communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics documentation.
• Support freight cost control and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Production, Planning, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
