Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property.

Regular on-site attendance is required; you will show, lease, tour, and sign leases, qualify leads, and handle follow-up and paperwork.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA; Asset Living offers a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase property traffic and leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and assist in retention programs.
• Keep property and model clean and assist in market surveys.
