Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year experience in Indiana public assistance programs.
• Experience with Indiana Eligibility Program (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid) preferred.
• Strong policy knowledge related to Indiana public assistance.

• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design to engage learners.
• Facilitate discussions in various learning environments and measure participation.
• Adapt delivery methods based on audience and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with team, leadership, state partners, and project staff to align learning goals.
• Document learner progress and maintain accurate class trackers.
• Coordinate across state tasks to support consistent communication and execution.
