Job summary

Radiac Abrasives, Inc., Oswego, IL, is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize productivity, quality, and safety on the shop floor. You will partner with Operations to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and introduce new processes and equipment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years of manufacturing/process experience, and Lean/Six Sigma training; DOE experience is preferred. This is an onsite position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline and 5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma training required; Green Belt preferred; Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify and resolve issues impacting productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
• Develop and lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to achieve measurable improvements.
• Support new product introductions by determining manufacturing requirements and equipment needs.
