Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure & Security to lead IT infrastructure and security operations at our South Burlington, VT office. The role includes design, implementation, and management of servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems.

Travel up to 5% may be required. You will mentor a team, manage security controls, partner with stakeholders, and drive best practices to meet certifications and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and security, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with networking, server management, cloud technologies, and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor infrastructure and security team to ensure technical excellence and career development.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of security protocols to safeguard networks and systems.
• Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions supporting operations and business goals.
• Work with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication on capabilities and security requirements.
• Manage security controls to maintain standards, certifications, and regulatory obligations.
• Enhance system reliability, scalability, and efficiency through best practices and innovation.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure and security services.
