Job summary

Oracle Corporation in Saline, Michigan, is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager - Mechanical (M2) to lead daily operation and maintenance of critical mechanical and HVAC systems in a data center environment.

You will manage technicians and vendors, drive uptime and safety, and partner with engineering and reliability teams on system turnover and retrofits. US hiring range: $97,500–$199,500 per year.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in mechanical plant operations and uptime-critical environments.
• 1–3+ years of experience leading technicians or service providers in live operations.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumps and related controls.
• Experience managing vendors and service execution in 24x7 operations.
• Familiarity with BMS, SCADA, DCIM and CMMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, maintenance, and service execution for mechanical/HVAC infrastructure.
• Own mechanical plant readiness including preventive and corrective work.
• Act as site technical lead for mechanical systems and incident escalation.
• Manage technicians, contractors, and vendors; uphold safety and quality.
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are completed.
