Lpc in Austin, Texas is seeking a Lead Building Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of building systems. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, safe building performance while supervising engineering staff and coordinating maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of industry-related experience or equivalent certification. Strong supervisory skills, customer service, and knowledge of HVAC systems are essential. This is a 100% in-office position.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of industry-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• At least one year of formal or informal supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and write English to understand manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operating condition of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Conduct regular building inspections and address deficiencies.
• Supervise and mentor junior Engineers and Technicians.
