Qualifications

• Parts provided by manufacturers; you pick up from FedEx.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops.
• Log into your tech portal and manage tickets by 9 am each workday; complete 2–5 tickets per day.
• Contact customers to schedule an onsite service window; coordinate visits.
