Zusammenfassung

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for an onsite role in Misawa, Japan. The ideal candidate holds a NLNAC-accredited nursing degree with an active US RN license and obstetric experience including EFM, tocometry, and perioperative support.

OTA readiness includes DHA competencies and STABLE/NRP prerequisites. We require strong English communication, patient advocacy, and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifikationen

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or an Associate Degree/Diploma from NLNAC-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years inpatient labor & delivery experience; 1 year postpartum/newborn desired.
• Current unrestricted RN license in US territory; valid licensure history.
• NRP certification and active ACLS/BLS as specified; STABLE/obstetric competencies desired.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate patient care across obstetric continuum (antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, nursery).
• Develop and implement care plans; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform ED procedures: EFM, tocometry, IVs, medications, meds administration.
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning.
• Mentor staff, verify competencies, and support clinical rounds and quality initiatives.
