The Mosaic Company is seeking a reliable Laboratory Technician to perform QA/QC tests and support manufacturing operations at the Plant City, FL site. This role focuses on sample processing, media preparation, data entry, and equipment use under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager.

Ideal candidates have lab experience in biology or microbiology, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with laboratory experience.
• Ability to follow established lab protocols and maintain records.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process samples from production of microbial inoculants.
• Conduct testing of raw materials and media preparation.
• Operate lab equipment and maintain records.
• Prepare raw data for supervisor review.
• Support lab cleanliness and stocking duties.
