ManpowerGroup is seeking a Laboratory Technical Writer for a 12-month contract in Red Wing, MN. The role supports the Test Lab documentation effort, focusing on quality and life-critical safety standards, with 40 hours/week on-site.

You will document standard work, maintain QMS documentation, and create consistent test report templates, ensuring traceability and audit readiness. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, at least one year of lab or technical writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline.
• One year of lab, quality, or technical writing experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with ability to translate technical info into clear docs.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support and lead documentation of standard work for test methods and life-critical safety standards.
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of QMS documentation.
• Create, maintain, and update test report templates for consistent reporting.
• Document test results clearly, accurately, and promptly.
• Own maintenance and organization of test records for traceability and audit readiness.
