Job summary

Ektello is seeking a detail-oriented Demand Planning & SCM Analyst (Korean-speaking) to optimize demand planning workflows, monitor production schedules, and manage inventory depletion. This onsite Plano role collaborates with account teams, packaging planners, and international HQ to ensure end-to-end supply chain execution.

Ideal candidates have 0-3 years of SCM experience, strong Excel skills, and English/Korean proficiency for global communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, SCM, or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, logistics, or business analysis.
• Bilingual English and Korean preferred due to international communication.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly PO SKU lists and communicate with account teams.
• Monitor production schedules and inbound shipment status with international teams.
• Coordinate packaging quantities with planning teams to hit weekly/monthly targets.
• Track monthly aging depletion and optimize consumption of bulk EOH.
• Publish weekly status updates and contribute to SCM Day meetings.
• Support tracker management for new HHP launches and AI-related initiatives.
