Saalex Solutions - A Saalex Company in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a Junior Software Quality Assurance Analyst & Tester to support Navy and Air Force training tools. You will execute tests, track defects, and ensure software meets security and functional requirements before fleet deployment.

Ideal candidates have under 3 years of testing experience, a BA/BS or equivalent certification, and the ability to obtain/maintain an active Secret clearance with potential TS access.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or applicable basic certification required.
• Less than 3 years of software testing or related IT experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software tests to identify defects and root causes.
• Prepare and refine comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Participate in software design reviews to ensure requirements are met.
• Document defects and report findings to developers and stakeholders.
• Perform regression testing and ensure cybersecurity standards are met.
