Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, handling employee relations, and ensuring accurate payroll processing while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on the jobsite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Excellent attention to detail and judgment, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the janitorial staff on site to meet safety and quality expectations.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Manage employee relations and performance issues; document and report to management/HR.
• Review timekeeping and ensure correct payroll processing for staff.
