Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking an IT Technician to join our on-site Information Technology team in Houston. You will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, while ensuring secure and efficient operations across our fabrication and distribution facilities.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong Windows and Office 365 knowledge, and solid networking basics. You will work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend support and travel as needed, in a

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred.
3+ years of Level 1/2 IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS and Office apps.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Entra ID.
Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Respond to helpdesk requests in a timely, professional manner.
Install and troubleshoot Windows workstations and related hardware.
Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive.
Maintain inventory and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
Assist with network equipment and conference room technology.
Escalate complex issues to corporate IT or vendors as needed.
