Job summary

You will work with Project Directors and teams to diagnose issues, manage Active Directory, Windows/Linux systems, and ensure network security and backup reliability.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a Master’s degree, and certifications; onsite 5 days a week, with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; MCSA/MCSE and CCNA certified.
• 2+ years experience as System Administrator.
• Excellent Windows Server 2008/2012 administration skills.
• Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange 2010 knowledge.
• Windows 10/11 client OS proficiency; working Linux knowledge.
• Experience with ADFS and Office 365.
• Solid LAN/WAN networking understanding; cloud platform management.
• Experience creating and maintaining servers across production, staging, development in cloud.
• Design, build and maintain infrastructure-based solutions; strong backups.
• Hardware troubleshooting for laptops/desktops/mobile devices; information security awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Directors and teams to meet systems and infrastructure needs.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components.
• Maintain and administer networks, systems software, and configurations.
• Monitor network and server performance.
• Research new technology and implement it or recommend its implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors for support and parts replacement.
• Provide Tier-I end-user support and deployment projects.
• Support Windows OS 10 and 11; Active Directory and Office 365.
• Provision mobile devices and resolve connectivity issues.
• Assist users via phone, email, remote or in person.
• Document resolutions; plan hardware and network changes.
• Provide asset management with Global IT team; plan security measures.
