Qualifications

• Associate degree (2-year) in IT or related field.
• 2+ years IT support experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with Windows, printers, and office productivity tools.
• Ability to document issues clearly and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line onsite and remote end-user support for Bel Melbourne facility.
• Troubleshoot workstation, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and central IT for escalation.
• Support print services and network-connected devices.
• Maintain asset records and ticket documentation.
