Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 years of IT project management experience delivering multiple complex projects.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high‑risk IT projects across shop floor manufacturing MES applications (Solumina).
• Develop project strategy, scope, schedules, specifications, resource plans, and cost baselines.
• Manage budgets, vendors, contract negotiations, ROI development, and executive approvals.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules using PM tools; maintain accurate documentation and SharePoint project sites.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, change control, and project dependencies.
• Provide accurate project status reporting tailored to PMO, stakeholders, and executives.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and quality expectations.
• Lead solution definition, future‑state process design, and system optimization initiatives.
