Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Junior Project Manager to join the NSWC Corona - Corona Division team in Norco, CA. You will work with the Program Manager to analyze IT projects and support a scaled agile environment, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

The role is 100% onsite, requiring coordination with Navy and Bowhead leadership, and involves IT operations, network infrastructure, and status reporting with strong writing and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science or related field and 2–3 years of IT project management experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 7 years of IT project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general project management support for IT projects across the division.
• Provide IT management advisory support to the Program Manager for Corona Division IT requirements.
• Develop project scope of work, plans, estimates and schedules.
