Job summary

Telos Corporation, based in Ashburn, VA and Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Onsite IT Manager/Program Manager-C to lead planning, execution, and delivery of secure government IT infrastructure projects. The role requires coordinating with government stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring 24x7 operations.

You will develop IPMP, manage baselines, and drive risk mitigation while aligning with NIST/FISMA requirements. A PMP and ability to obtain DoD Public Trust are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management within federal or mission-critical environments.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Public Trust (Active Secret clearance preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects for secure government facilities.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and Telos teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Program Management Plan (IPMP).
• Manage schedule baselines and report variances; mitigate issues to meet SLAs.
• Lead a team of IT service technicians and coordinate site visits.
