Job summary

The role prioritizes, documents, and resolves Help Desk requests, performs point-to-point troubleshooting, installs and maintains cables and equipment, and provides on-call support as needed. Strong English communication and organizational skills required. Experience with security cameras, access control, and network basics is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2-year college coursework equivalent is required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot low voltage systems including cameras, access, intercoms, cabling.
• Provide on-site IT support and incident management with proper prioritization.
• Install and maintain low voltage cabling and equipment.
• Respond to help desk tickets via system and on-call as needed.
• Train staff as requested by IT Manager.
