Qualifications

• CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Prefer 1 year of long-term care experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and charting software.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per Plymouth Harbor policies and procedures.
• Make rounds at shift start and end to ensure resident well-being.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Support meal prep, feeding, and tray setup as needed.
• Record food intake and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist in collecting specimens and transferring residents with lifts.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and infection control per standards.
• Document in the EMR and report resident concerns to the Charge Nurse.
• Report abuse or hazardous conditions immediately to supervisors.
