5+ years in IT administration or management.
Strong Windows/AD and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Experience with server management, virtualization, backups, security.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's in IT/CS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user technical support across hardware, software and network issues.
Manage Windows infrastructure, servers, AD accounts, and IT systems.
Oversee network connectivity, security measures, backups, and system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades and infra projects.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical challenges.
Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access permissions.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Document IT standards and best practices; drive process improvements.
Identify areas to enhance systems and IT efficiency.
Provide training and guidance to users as needed.
