Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team in Spokane, WA. You will perform hardware break-fix services on client products and troubleshoot according to established guidelines.

The role reports to the Territory Supervisor and requires handling service calls with professionalism. Expect to drive to client locations, manage basic tool kits, and maintain asset control while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Handle service calls and complete all associated administrative tasks.
• Maintain control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
