Job summary

Kelso Industries seeks an IT & Fabrication Systems Lead to own the Odoo MRP and oversee fabrication system optimization across engineering, spooling, cutting, welding, assembly, QA/QC, and shipping. You will serve as the on-site liaison with the MSP, ensuring seamless IT operations for staff and shop-floor teams.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, system configuration, and process improvements to increase throughput, traceability, and quality.

Qualifications

Demonstrated IT/ERP/MRP experience in manufacturing settings.
Hands-on owner of Odoo MRP and fabrication systems.
Experience coordinating MSPs and on-site IT operations.
Familiarity with BIM-to-fabrication workflows and shop-floor tech.

Responsibilities

Own Odoo configuration and end-to-end fabrication workflows from engineering release to shipment.
Coordinate MSP activities, tickets, and on-site support for IT services.
Set up new hires with devices, accounts, and access on day one.
Support data integrity and reporting within the MRP system.
