Qualifications

• 8+ years IT leadership experience in fast-growth environments.
• Experience with PE-backed or acquisition-driven contexts.
• Demonstrated M&A technology integration experience.
• Strong Power BI and BI governance capabilities.
• Cloud data architecture on Azure/Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience integrating ERP/CRM/HRIS and field service systems.

Responsibilities

• Own data integrity, governance, and master data management across the org.
• Develop scalable data architecture and BI infra using Azure/Microsoft Fabric.
• Lead Power BI reporting, dashboards, and executive visibility.
• Coordinate data integration across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and ServiceTitan.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to execute the tech roadmap.
