Archer is partnering with MANTECH to identify an IT Compliance Manager for an on-site post with the FBI Enterprise Cybersecurity Section. The role centers on audit readiness, FISMA compliance, and rigorous control mapping for enterprise systems.

You will conduct deep-dive assessments, prepare defensible artifacts, and coordinate remediation with leadership. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this critical federal function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
5+ years in cybersecurity compliance, IT auditing, or RMF execution.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
DoD 8140.03 certs: CCISO, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CySA+, GSLC or GSNA.
Experience reviewing enterprise security documentation and audit packages.
Strong technical writing for federal auditors.

Responsabilités

Serve as IT Compliance Manager for deep-dive audit readiness assessments and FISMA reviews.
Evaluate system documentation, security controls, access controls, and POA&M tracking against NIST SP 800-53 and FBI policy.
Review FISMA artifacts like security plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans for control mapping accuracy.
Prepare defensible, audit-ready response packages and evidence to minimize findings.
Communicate gaps, remediation progress, and status to ECS leadership.
Develop and track corrective action plans and POA&M lifecycles to meet timelines.
