MANTECH seeks a motivated IT Compliance Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. on-site, focusing on FBI ECS audits and FISMA compliance.

You will leverage your technical background and compliance expertise to support readiness assessments and quality reviews across enterprise systems. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of cybersecurity compliance and RMF experience, along with DoD 8140.03 certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
5+ years of progressive cybersecurity compliance/auditing/RMF experience.
Experience conducting deep-dive FISMA reviews against NIST standards.
DoD 8140.03 intermediate certifications: CCISO/CISA/CISM/CISSP or equivalent.
Experience preparing audit response packages and managing POA&M lifecycles.
Strong written communication for federal auditors.

Responsabilités

Conduct deep-dive audit readiness assessments and FISMA quality reviews for assigned systems.
Evaluate system docs, security controls, access controls, and POA&M tracking against standards.
Review enterprise FISMA artifacts, including security plans and risk assessments.
Prepare defensible, audit-ready response packages and evidence for audits.
Communicate gaps and remediation progress to ECS leadership.
Develop and track corrective action plans to resolve pre-audit findings.
