Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy across designated customer-site inventory locations.
• Monitor material usage and replenish stock to support operational needs.
• Refill, stock and maintain industrial vending machines to ensure product availability.
• Perform vending machine audits and verify product, quantity, and location accuracy.
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customer personnel.
• Coordinate inventory activities with internal departments and customer contacts.
• Follow safety requirements and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
