Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or high school diploma plus 1–3 years in distribution/warehousing, preferably pharma.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication with team and external contacts.
• Ability to follow cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and IATA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving and inventory control.
• Ensure proper quarantine, release, or rejection of received goods per SOPs.
• Lead training and supervise staff; track KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Maintain DEA inventory accuracy and perform periodic DEA inventory with Regulatory team.
• Provide monthly receipts, returns, destruction, and storage reports.
