Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Supervisor, Receiving & Inventory Operations to lead daily warehouse activities for incoming materials, inventory control, returns, and destruction. You will train staff, enforce cGMP and regulatory requirements, manage SAP receipt processing, and collaborate with the Logistics Manager to drive continuous improvement and accurate records.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree OR High School Diploma and 1–3 years’ experience in distribution/warehousing, pharma preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet timelines.
Strong leadership and team-building skills; effective communication with teams, peers, and management.
Ability to follow cGMPs, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and IATA regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations of receiving from scheduling to SAP receipt processing.
Ensure returned material is received and processed per SOPs and QA directives.
Supervise and verify receipt of pharmaceutical products, APIs, and materials per GMP requirements.
Establish and maintain inventory accuracy; conduct bi-annual inventory with regulatory teams.
Develop and track KPIs; provide monthly reports for billing and forecasting.
Train and guide staff; lead daily briefings and workload planning.
