Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in warehouse inventory operations, inventory control, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience with RFID, WMS, or inventory management systems preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, or physical inventory verification preferred.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, lookups, pivots).

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse inventory priorities, issue resolution, and operational follow-up.
• Spend significant time on the warehouse floor verifying inventory and researching discrepancies.
• Monitor live inventory levels across styles, colors, and garment categories to identify fulfillment risks.
• Investigate shortages, overages, misplaced inventory, and reconciliation activities.
• Review movement, status, locations, and physical inventory to ensure system accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, RFID scanning, and reconciliations.
