Elior North America is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for the Community Meals team in Pearl, MS. You will maintain inventory records, ensure correct storage locations and availability for production, and support backflush and QA processes to keep operations running smoothly.

The role is full-time and onsite, offering benefits and opportunities to grow within a national leader in frozen meals and meal delivery services.

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Picks product from pick sheet and stages product to assigned location for production usage.
• Runs finished meals to assigned location after the meal has been completed.
• Returns leftover material from production day; RAMCO & physically to the Warehouse/cooler/freezer.
• Performs any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function, or assignment.
• Performs and completes backflush process, and all duties associated with systematically completing backflush.
