Job summary

Cardinal Health in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage onsite inventory at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. You will coordinate stock across multiple sites, work with AGR to authorize orders, and ensure timely restocking and accurate packing lists.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3–5 years in inventory or related fields, and strong communication. This is an onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in inventory, project management or healthcare data roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory for stock sites.
• Work with government representatives to compose orders (you may never create the order).
• Obtain Government authorization for the order.
• Notify on materiel not available within two hours of order authorization.
• Deliver and restock materiel within 24 hours of order receipt (business days).
• Provide priced packing lists to the COR or AGR prior to restocking.
• Apply knowledge to solve technical problems within defined parameters.
• Participate in projects of moderate scope and complexity.
