Job summary

Laramie Auto Center is expanding its Internet Sales team. This is a full-time, in-person on-site position five days a week, perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, handling inbound leads, and earning commission through performance.

Automotive experience is not required; paid training and ongoing support are provided. The role focuses on responding to internet, phone, text, and email leads, scheduling showroom appointments, and maintaining CRM data while striving to meet and exceed

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and messages.
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email leads.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
