Job summary

L3Harris seeks an Integration/Test Engineer in Bristol, PA onsite to support airborne telemetry, RF, secure communications, and embedded flight safety systems. You will perform electrical and physical integration and develop hardware and software test programs for mission critical products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of related engineering experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of two years of related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of related engineering experience.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, procedures, and system level test programs for electronic or RF based hardware.
• Experience integrating and testing electronic devices, circuit card assemblies, or electromechanical systems.
• Experience using electronic and RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic hardware at the component, circuit card, or subsystem level.
• Experience coordinating integration or test activities across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware and software test plans, procedures, and specifications based on design and program requirements.
• Design, verify, and validate test equipment solutions to support engineering development, production test, and fielded product evaluation.
• Perform system, subsystem, and device level integration for airborne telemetry, RF, and secure communication hardware.
• Support test execution, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for devices under test, including proper use of electronic test equipment and integration tools.
• Lead or support test readiness reviews, test working groups, and integration planning activities across engineering disciplines.
• Generate and maintain controlled documentation, including integration procedures, test plans, interface descriptions, and evaluation reports.
