• Lead innovation projects from customer spec through commercialization.
• Build project plans outlining objectives, timing, and risks.
• Communicate and align resources at all levels of the organization.
• Mentor other parts of the organization on project management.
• Prepare Time to Market KPIs and report to leadership.
