ProgressiveHealth, LLC in Clarksville, TN, is seeking a Prevention Specialist to deliver onsite injury prevention services at a large manufacturing facility. You will engage workers, provide ergonomic education, early symptom intervention, and coordinate with health and safety teams to minimize musculoskeletal injuries.

The ideal candidate has a background in athletic training or related field, current state licensure or the ability to obtain it, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication,

Qualifications

• Background in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field.
• Active state licensure/certification in good standing or ability to obtain.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive injury prevention and early symptom intervention on site.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend solutions.
• Coach posture and self-care to manufacturing employees.
• Collaborate with Safety, Medical Staff, and Production to mitigate risks.
• Assist on return-to-work processes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and report metrics to leadership.
• Ensure the work environment supports safety and productivity.
